Program Success Coordinator
at One On One / Next Level
Fun question!
If you could pick only one movie genre to watch until the end of time…what would it be?
Are you into high-speed action-adventure 🚔 chases all day? Maybe it’s a zombie apocalypse 🧟♂️ that keeps you on the edge of your seat. Or is it the magic of rom-com that captures your ❤️?
Have you ever wondered HOW the talented actors who make these epic movies actually land the part that brings the pages of a script to life?
Well, that’s where we come in!
Here at One On One / Next Level, we help actors forge their own relationships with the industry instead of waiting for the phone to ring.
We pride ourselves on being a space for trained, committed actors to build a community and network, thereby being a bridge to their success.
We offer programming across 3 campuses - Los Angeles, New York, and online - along with special programs & collaborations with renowned institutions such as the USC School of Cinematic Arts Film School & NYU Tisch Grad Film School.
This year we’re focused on expanding our membership and creating the most exceptional experience for everyone who touches our brand.
To help us make our vision a reality, we’re adding a new Program Success Coordinator to our team!
If this sounds like a match for who you are and what you’re excellent at doing (and you have some experience to prove it), click to apply.
We’d love to have you as part of our incredible team & community!
Program Success Coordinator
Overview
Reporting to the President, you’re responsible for making all elements of our program delivery an exceptional experience for everyone involved.
Whether that’s executing the logistical details for our daily (Monday to Sunday) classes and special events or supporting our marketing & program enrollment campaigns, you’re there, and you get it done with pride.
This role touches all processes that make our programs successful - marketing, enrollment, and delivery. While you’ll become the go-to expert for program enrollment & delivery, for marketing, you’re the Robin (he/she/they...let's be creative here!) to our in-house Batman (aka our Marketing Manager 🧔). Together, you promote the programs that you’re ultimately responsible for delivering without a hitch.
We want you to bring a member-first mindset to everything you do. Because we know that every member's experience with our brand, whether online, in the DMs 💬, or in our training studio, has a direct impact on the company’s revenue & reputation.
To be an Oscar winner 🏆 in this role, you bring a fun mix of mature, high energy & genuine honesty to every email, online, phone and in-person interaction you have. You love getting into the details, executing flawlessly, and having purpose-driven conversations to get the job done.

- Take the lead to ensure our programs are set up to be successful. This could be classroom setup, paying invoices, advising part-time staff, greeting instructors, securing readers at the last minute, or notifying a class that it has been rescheduled.
- Deliver orientation, welcome, and wrap up messages for special programs & events.
- Become intimately familiar with the studio's program calendar, enrollment goals, instructor profiles, and other details needed to execute flawlessly.
- Be calm, composed, and logical when handling escalations pre/during/post program delivery.
- Collect program evaluations, review, analyze, and summarize the trends to share with the broader team. Take the lead on implementing changes while staying focused on continuous improvement.
- Work with vendors and the team to oversee facilities management to always ensure a clean, well-maintained, and welcoming office environment.
- Continuously build the roster of reliable volunteers to support program delivery. Regularly engage with office visitors, members, and program participants to invite the best ones to be an extended member of our team.
Program Enrollment (33%)
- Engage with followers and members online, by phone, over email, and in person to facilitate their enrollment in classes, programs, and special events. You’re talented at proactively having both public and private conversations virtually & in person to answer questions with care and make invitations to sign up.
- Monitor program registrations and follow up with anyone who expresses interest in any of our programs. Yes, that means you need to initiate phone calls and talk to strangers virtually & face to face.
Marketing Support (33%)
- Support the Marketing Manager to execute marketing campaigns designed to engage the audience & identify potential new members & students.
- Draft, schedule, & monitor email newsletters to keep our member community engaged and inspired to sign up for our next program or offer.
- Capture footage for marketing content by using a smartphone to record snippets of a class in progress (shhhh!), interview participants, gather testimonials, and generally find creative ways to share the energy in the room with our broader community.
- Take a keen interest in our targets by ensuring that all marketing roads lead to new member acquisitions, program sign-ups, & other revenue-generating outcomes. You love using targets to create a sense of urgency month after month.
- Promote upcoming events and programs to students before & after workshops, events, and classes.

- Get to know us & let us get to know you by proactively building relationships with everyone on the team.
- Learn the ins & outs of the business…that’s everything from enrollment to program delivery to customer service & everything in between. You understand the overall flow and use that to get your job done.
- Support the team members on other related projects as requested.

- You know your way around social media platforms (IG & TikTok) and love spending some of your work day building our presence there.
- Exposure to the television, film, and/or theater industries is an asset, but not required.
